Terms & Conditions

• Please ensure that the student is punctual for lessons.

• Only 1 lesson per month can be re-scheduled if the student is unable to attend due to unforeseen matters. Cancellation of lesson time slot must be given 1 full week beforehand.

• For those travelling overseas, please inform us at least 1 full week  beforehand.

• Deposit will not be refunded upon immediate cancellation/termination of lessons. Valid reasons will be considered, and handled on a case-by-case basis. Swift Formula reserves the right to reject refund if reason given is considered to be invalid.

• Swift Formula will automatically refund the deposit if we are unable to carry out any remaining lessons for some reasons.

• Swift Formula reserves the right to amend tuition fees. Fee amendments will take effect after informing students and parents 2-weeks beforehand.
• Payment is to be made in CASH only, at the start/end of each lesson. No cheque or bank transfer will be accepted as mode of payment. Payment on a monthly basis will not be accepted. Frequent late payment will not be entertained.

• 4-sessions of deposit must be paid in CASH before 1st lesson. This is to ensure there's no miscalculation and to make sure parents commit to Swift Formula.
• All new students joining Swift Formula will be required to pay fully for the first 4 sessions of tuition. Termination of lessons will not be allowed during the first 4 sessions of tuition.

• If notice of termination of lessons is given more than 4 weeks, payment will not be collected for the final 4-weeks of lessons. Fees will be deducted fully from the 4-weeks of deposit. Parent/Guardian is to give at least 4 weeks of notice for termination of lessons, else the deposit will be not be refunded.

• For re-allocation of a lesson time slot, Swift Formula must be notified at least 1 full week before the date of the original lesson. For re-allocation of a lesson time slot less than 1 full week away, Swift Formula will take into consideration the reasons given on a case-by-case basis.

• In the event that the student displays obvious signs of willful disobedience or uncooperativeness, Swift Formula reserves the right to cease tuition classes. Swift Formula will take on every preventive measure and work closely alongside parents to avoid such an outcome. However, if an amicable agreement cannot be reached and such an occurrence is inevitable, the deposit will be fully refunded.
